Scotlands Gardens and Landscapes 2012
This year lived up to its promise. We travelled to the Western Isles and Orkney. We explored those interesting places and relaxed in the different pace of life enjoyed there.
Skye and Raasy were popular. Walking Callums Road was a good experience. We can recommend it.We reached all our destinations and they included the Angus Glens and Gardens, Dumfries and Galloway and Inverewe and Auchiltibuie.
We were blessed with mainly good weather for our exploration of Banffshire and Aberdeenshire gardens and landscapes.
See some brilliant photographs of Scotland on Brians Web Site.
Ready to settle in for the night at the Black House Village of Gearanan.
Future expeditions will include opportunities for winter expeditions to see Scotland's beautiful landscapes and when possible the Aurora Borealis, also known as the Merry Dancers and the Northern Lights.
